I find this an interesting combination of ingredients that work together well. This is a combination of Carne Asada & sweet potatoes from south of the border, plus kale, zaβatar spices & tahini from the Middle East.. This is a unique flavor and winner combination that I canβt get enough of. I would include less kale overall in the meal, though.
